Hi Ady and others. I had the same problem when I was using the water based moisturiser, but not now with the VM Vaginal Moisturiser which is specifically designed to help with vaginal atrophy. The names are confusing, because they are so similar, but the VM product is relatively new (within the last year I think). Here's the link to Yes product pages: https://www.yesyesyes.org/products/ . The one I use is the VM product in the purple gauze bag. So please do read about it on the website, then go for that if you decide to buy Yes.  I think it's thicker than the water based (WB) moisturiser so it doesn't run out. But I do use it at night just before bed most of the time. And Ady, I did try Replens, and while it moisturised it did nothing for the atrophy. Sex was impossible. It's virtually painfree now. I also use Astroglide lubricants, which another member recommended a while back. They're brilliant, and come in a number of formulations.  I know some of our Lost Libido Ladies have had problems with a chalky discharge from Replens - that never happened to me, but the product didn't work. When all this started, my Dr couldn't even get a speculum inside me to see what was causing the vaginal spotting (it was the atrophied skin). I started with Replens, but then bought Yes when another member recommended it. I really like the fact that Yes is natural and organic - I don't like putting chemicals inside me unless I have to. DaisyMarigold do you have that problem with the YES product that Harley B is talking about. That doesn't sound good. I use Replens but do not think that it really works. Have been using it for awhile now but still painful.

I am using Replens and have found it quite good. I always have to use lubricant for sex though, have needed to for years.
However, the best thing I have found to help the dryness especially around the vaginal entrance and to stop the constant urinary tract infections has been to stop using anything except sorbolene cream in the shower to wash my genital area.
This was recommended to me by my Pharmasist and I was sceptical at first, but for me it has done wonders.
It has also helped with discomfort during sex.

So I've been using the YesYesYes water based vaginal moisturiser and it seems like it's too liquid? I insert it but then it runs out down my leg!!!! The only way I can get it to stay in place (and do its job) is if I use it while I'm in bed just before I go to sleep. If I get up before the morning it still runs out. Seriously am I doing something wrong????
if I can get it to stay then it works quite well but obviously when it runs out I've wasted it and need to use another dose. I've been using Replens for 3 years previously and never had this issue? 
Does this happen to anyone else? 
I also bought the water based lubricant which is good and the rose scented intimate wash which I love but I honestly don't know if I would buy the vaginal moisturiser again. I think I prefer Replens because at least it stays inside and does what it's supposed to. 
Although my inner thighs are very soft now - hahaha!

Hi All. I spoke to the Oncologist today about MLT. He knew all about it. Said success rate 60-70%. I am now working on what I think would be better for me, MLT or YES products. There is fors and againsts for both of them. Watch this space

I agree with @DaisyMarigold  and also use these products. I have looked around where you can buy in Oz and they don't do the multibuys or the 25%off.  It's a great product. sooooooo much better than replens, and cheaper in the long run.

Hi Ady - yes, I'm confirming that, according to the Yes website, there are only natural, organic products in Yes. Do have a good look around the site though, because I think we each need to satisfy ourselves re what we put into our bodies. I've been using it for quite a while now - I get the big bags of about 30 applicators. I use it 2 - 3 times a week. Just make sure you are getting the VM Vaginal Moisturiser and not one of the other products. I also find the oil based lubricant is very good to keep things moist during sex, so if you buy that as well as the applicators, you'll be over the minimum purchase for free freight. And I think you can buy it here, through a distributor in Sydney. But I doubt it would cost less, and you would be paying Australian freight, which can be very expensive. The postage from the UK is pretty quick - about a week to 10 days. Also, once you register online and buy, you'll get emails 2 - 3 times a year re 25% off the Yes products. I doubt you would get that from a local distributor. It does take a few weeks for it to really work, so I'm not sure it's a good idea to just buy a small quantity locally. But by all means try that if you'd prefer, and do let us know how you go. Good luck with it. DaisyMarigold

DaisyMarigold, thank you for that info. Just confirming that the YES will not affect you if you have estrogen related BC? I went on to the website and it sounds quite good. I am quite keen to try some. Can you not get it here anywhere?

Many thanks to all - my specialist doesn't think I may need Pap smears either but I found it reassuring to get that one clear! I agree Ady that Replens isn't much good, may give Yes a try.
