I've just finished a year of treatment. Apart from learning some deep breathing in Yoga I had never tried any anxiety reduction/managemet stuff. My cancer centre offered an ACT class (which is psycho babble for acceptance, committment therapy). Well it really helped. If you google ACT it will give you an idea of the process. No doubt there are lots of relaxation/meditation options but I found this the most helpful. Constant feelings of anxiety were very troubling to me and feel I have learnt some strategies that have really helped me. Good luck.
