Managing anger

I have only just completed my treatment (last radiotherapy session on Tuesday). I had a bilateral mastectomy in January but no plans for reconstruction. I think people just don't know what to say or do so they either ignore you or unintentionally say the wrong things. Nobody can truly appreciate what you have gone through except someone who has walked the same road and even then the journey is never exactly the same. I sometimes get annoyed, disappointed or upset when I feel like people aren't acting the way I would like them to. But maybe they just don't know what else to do.
