Hi Tracey 1967, you will be able to lose this weight, slow and steady is the way to go, you are more likely to keep it off. I also keep most of my weight around my middle. I have started a weight program in the last week to try and strengthen the muscles as my skin is saggy, I am not sure if Tamoxifen has anything to do with water retention. Keep going you are doing well! Michelle
