Thanks again everyone. That's great that your doctor told you the weight will come off, given that women report worse symptoms on tamoxifen depending on their expectations. I don't think my body is going to readjust without some determination coming from my brain :) but its very reassuring to hear all the anecdotes saying that it can be done! Feeling (unduly??) optimistic today.
