Hope you are going ok after your chemo yesterday. Halfway now!
I'm not super fit but I am feeling good and I enjoy what exercise I do. I know that it will help minimize the chance of recurrence a little bit more and it gives me more energy to make the most of life right now.
I'm glad that I can reassure others that you can get through all the rough days and come out ok. Thinking of you and hoping you and your partner will be feeling better soon. Deanne xx
