Latest on using topical oestrogen creams like Ovestin while on Letrozole or similar

I started using Vagifem after a course of AIs (Tamoxifen and Arimidex) when I was in my mid 50s. When I was diagnosed with BC again last year I was told that it’s quite safe to use Vagifem whilst taking AIs. Both my cancers were hormone positive. I also use a personal lubricant which I find also helps.
