Hello all,
Thank you all for taking the time to share your&nbsp; delicious recipes!&nbsp; We had a really hard time picking a winner but we had to pick one!
The lucky winner is Pat's Beetroot, Parmesan and Cashew Dip.&nbsp; It sounds delicious and we were slightly swayed by the fact that it was also pink!
    Congratulations Pat!&nbsp; And a big thank you all for generously sharing your favourite and tastiest recipes and also to KitchenAid for the donation of this wonderful prize.

I saw you on tv last week-you spoke so well.I love the sound of your dip and it would be great for our "pink"functions.You are a well deserved winner!!
