Just Because I'm Crying
I've heard people complain that it's impossible for anyone to stay positive all the time and that all of the recent advice about happiness and positivity is, therefore, complete bullshoot.
Well, ye...
I was almost going to say that at least with cancer people recognise that you have an illness, but thought that maybe it's not PC! Funny thing is, while I am currently focussed on cancer it's taking my focus off depression a bit! I am worried that after I have my surgery and am stuck at home and feeling lonely, that the nasty little depression may sneak back in. I jst have to be aware and try to stop it.
