Hello Jenny.I have been on Tamoxifen for 18 months.I had never had constipation before Tamoxifen,and I eat very well,and I exercise every day.I drink plenty of water too.I definitely think Tamoxifen causes constipation.I have finally worked out what I need to eat each day to avoid it,and this is what I do.Every morning of the week,I sprinkle 3 heaped tablespoons of uncle Tobys Bran Plus,over my regular cereal.Then at midday,I add 2 tablespoons of Bran Plus to half a cup of yoghurt.I drink 4 to 5 glasses of water most days.Since I have done this my constipation has stopped.I am not game to stop it,as I dread it returning.Maybe give this a try?
