It is the little things ......

great post! I have finished chemo so have every reason to be cheery! 

Let me count my blessings, today I was well enough to go for a walk, I walked around our dam and saw 6 Pelicans, the early morning light dancing on the water.

I have an amazing husband who has thrown caution to the wind and realized his dream of owning a sailing boat, I can not wait to have the sea breeze in my hair! But like you it is more stubble at the moment. Having BC really puts everything in your life in prospective.

My gorgeous son drove me to town this morning for a blood test and came in to sit with me so I wasn't alone. He is 18, 6"3', and the gentlest man in the making. At present he has friends down at the dam wakeboarding disturbing those same Pelicans that I admired this morning.

i live on a farm, the hay is in the shed, the cows have green grass (it rained last week), the header is in the paddock harvesting wheat and chickpeas, I am a lucky woman.
