@kmakm yes its the Oncologists responsibility but moreso for side effects of the AI or treatment. This is what threw me when I was fobbed off and told to deal with the GP, when the GP asked specifically to contact the Oncologist and ask him what does he want to do? ummm zero apparently. You need to stay on the AI so manage the rest however basically. It did upset me at the time, but now I just want to plod my path and make it to yearly visits!!! thats my aim lol.
