Exercise

can anyone tell me if there are any yoga classes on the Gold Coast. Can't do to much for the new few weeks as I only had my surgery yesterday but would love to try my hand at some yoga. Thanks in advance

    I just had a quick search on the Cancer Council QLD website. If you use this link - https://cancerqld.org.au/ and type in yoga classes you should be able to find what you are looking for.
