Good evening everyone…I forgot to ask my surgeon this question. How soon can you return to exercise after a LATISSIMUS DORSI FLAP partial…it’s almost 7 weeks post surgery…Thank you xx

”Struggling” is something all of us on here can relate to !
While everyone is different , there is no doubt that reconstructive breast surgery is major surgery and it takes time for the body to recover.
I felt very frustrated at times about the limitations on my ability to do things in the first few months but as time went by I got back to normal ( or should I say my “ new normal”).
I am now 10 months post surgery and do happy I did it .
