Exercise Bra
Hi Everyone. I have not blogged before so not quite sure what I am doing. I have just had silicon implants put in and I have been told that when I begin exercising again to use a very supportive br...
I would not recommend Myer's. they are very short staffed & not trained properly, especially for people who have been thru breast cancer.
I went to an bra information day for breast cancer survivors about a month ago and there are places around that specialise in breast cancer support. ladies who have had breast cancer get trained and fit u for a proper bra, lingerie and even bathers. one problem i have is 1 breast is slightly a diff size and shape than the other ( i have not finished my reconstruction yet) so i find it really hard to have one fitted thats comfy as.
as mentioned above the arrr bra and others like it are what i have found the best. but if u want to get fitted properly google for ur local store.
I am in melbourne and there is a fantastic one in Camberwell, if u are local. or look at this site

maybe u can find a shop near u :)
