Exercise Bra

I had a double mastectomy in May, got my silicon 9th of August. I have found the Ahh Bras to be wonderful,  I have been jogging in them since about a week and a half since my last op. I find enough support with just one on, but you can wear two at a time for a bit of extra support if you feel you need it. They come in packs of 3 (beige, black and white or pink, aqua blue and lilac......the lilac looks like a rose pink though). If you have not already seen them advertised you just order your t-shirt size.
