Hi Deanne,
Thanks so much for your positive comments. It still fascinates me that when I 'fought' my weight I had no success and when I let go and just started loving my body everything somehow fell into place and the weight came off, slowly and steadily, without me needing to 'go on a diet'. All of the changes I have made are permanent. My body is still dropping weight but more slowly than before. I know that I'll reach a kind of equilibrium in the next few months and that whatever I weigh when I get there will be my 'correct' weight.
You might like to google 'cancer and mushrooms' and click on 'videos' if you haven't already seen Paul Staments work with turkey tail mushrooms. Unlike a lot of 'super foods', this one has been the subject of a human trial at Sloane Kettering in the USA. They just might be a cure for some types of cancer and it's my understanding that they are particularly effective with high hormone cancers. Mine's triple negative but based on the research I'm tossing mushrooms (other than the manure growns white ones) into just about everything. I'm also putting dried turkey tails into my tea and coffee (they have almost no taste). Here's a link to the main video:

My very best wishes for your good health and happiness.
