Sometimes an intervention comes from the most unexpected source. My radiation treatment is going well, staff very kind and gentle, no real problems with my skin. The treatment room always has music and its my habit to visualise images from the words or what the melody invokes. Yesterday, as the staff left the room, and I tried to relax and get into the 'zone', I heard ACDC 'Highway to Hell'. No, I didn't visualise that one but felt like giggling, it was so incongruous. Small moments ....
