Have given up on the Rehab Centre - with having to get the mental health care plan organised (and the messup with that) and then waiting for them to ring me about an appointment (and yes, I have reminded them umpteen times), it's been nearly 6 weeks and I can't wait any longer. The Country Fire Service have come to my rescue as, because my husband is a firefighter, I'm entitled to use the mental health services they have arrangements with. Referral going through today so hopefully I will hear back from a psychology practice today or tomorrow.
