Thanks Paula and what a great comment. I agree with you about Russ's take on happiness. One of the best things about ACT is that it normalises what are often called 'negative' emotions. I'm not negative. I'm NORMAL. There is nothing wrong with my mind. Quite the contrary. It's doing an excellent job of trying to keep me safe. I highly recommend his other book, The Reality Gap. XX
