I LOVE Daffodils! How lovely, @Sister - a very visual gorgeous reminder of your dear sister.
My brothers went to a Boarding School in the Blue Mountains who had HUGE fields of Daffodils - and they used to bunch them up & sell them at the gate - back in the 60s, it was actually a very important part of the fundraising for the school!! I still remember them from back then! They even made it into the Women's Weekly from memory - a huge photo of the fields in bloom & my brother in the middle, picking them!!
