Here's another unanswered post in drafts!  Now I  can respond so late and tag Sandra as she has mentioned a great support group up that way

You could try Cancer Support Sisters in Southport, or Gold Coast Sunshine Sisters at the southern end of the coast.

Hi @carolynbetts there is a local services directory available on our website where you can search for support groups in your area https://www.bcna.org.au/services-and-support-groups/. If you type in 'support group' or 'group' as your key word and enter your postcode the search will bring up any groups close to you.
