Blitzed it!!
So today I was up at 4.30am to be at the station at 5.45 to meet my City2Sea run buddies. We started running at 7.45 & I finished 5km in 40.04, I now have a new medal to hang with my Run Melbourne...

Thank you all :) I am, as you can imagine so completely proud of myself, it was soooo hot on Sunday morning as well so I tried to keep in the St Kilda Road tree shade as much as I could..
