Thanks so much Arpie for all your effort on this.Even though I am a relative newcomer to the forum I have found it invaluable especially the help and guidance from the more experienced posters such as yourself.
I also believe there are many members who would have liked to attend the zoom meeting but due to the short notice , technical challenges and “ life getting in the way” couldn’t make it.
But I think the point has been well made that the members valued the work Giovanna did, were concerned about the changes made without any proper consultation with members, and appreciate the commitment that in the future there will be more engagement/ consultation with members ( including via the online forum) before making any such major changes in the future.
I also think a quarterly membership catch up is a great idea.
