As I will be another person excluded from this Zoom thing, could someone please answer my previously asked question? It was stated that "Trained Expert Cancer Staff" would be available on the phone to assist callers, rather than Trained Registered Nurses. Who are these "Experts"...where did they train...In what were they trained and how long did this training take? Is the training course some in house program where the experts are given a short course on all the cancer language they'll come across, as well as a course on how to follow a flow chart as well as a list of medical persons to whom callers can be "onboarded". or am I just being "difficult"?
