BCNA's Helpline refocus - some changes being made to the Helpline

When BCNA tried to change the magazine title from The Beacon to Pink Lady (yep, as in sanitary bins !) there was an outcry which ended in a member survey and the title being left alone:

Perhaps BCNA should have done a proper full member survey re the helpline changes - and have it at the top as a separate post with the survey link ?
