Baseline Measurement for Lymphoedema

I was about 5 months post surgery when I noticed my wristwatch band was tight. No ache or discomfort, never have had any. Like@Irb_03, compression garments, massage and exercise keep my arm stable (nearly 6 years). It's a relatively easy adjustment to make to keep life normal.
