@Molly001 your post suggests you are stressed to the max! I am sorry that you feel so down with everything. Your comment "I need a break".............don't know where you are but have you had a look at the Otis Foundation?

Don't be too hard on yourself! Try and make some "me" time and hopefully a free break away may help
