Aromasin after 5 years of tamoxifen

hi,

just wanna ask if any of you have decided to stop medication after 5 years cancer free? I was on tamoxifen for 5 years & now have to take aromasin for another 5 years! I'm tired of it. I'm 55 yrs of age. My joints a aching. I'm also scared to stop. Any advice please.
