Hi Rowdy! Our local Pharmacist is a wealth of information. He recommended Turmeric capsules to a friend of mine on this BC journey and she found it helped with the aches in the joints.
Today my hairdresser was talking about crystals being a help with the healing process for this BC journey.
We are all open to suggestions. I struggle with the aching bones and I never realised that bones could ache as much as they do.
Bring on a healthier 2016 for us all
