Hi Rowdy,
i saw a story on tv about turmeric being good for joint pain, but they had it in a concentrated capsule, not sure what dose. I start Arimidex in a few weeks after rads & I've always had joint pain, was planning on going back to glucosamine & krill oil. Let us know if the turmeric helps, good luck, Tracey ??
