Arimidex and weight gain

Hi I am in Sydney and the Kinghorn Cancer centre associated with St Vincent’s in Darlinghurst has a wellness centre where you can see a nutritionist, exercise physiologist, physiotherapist , acupuncturist and masseuse.
I believe there is something similar with Royal North Shore hospital.
At the Kinghorn wellness centre they specialise in cancer patients of whom many are breast cancer patients.
It should be possible to track down a dietician outside these centres who has eco errors in dealing with breast cancer patients , maybe start with your breast care nurse if you have one?
