its hard to find a dietician that knows about it ( daft as that sounds ) the weight I lost I pretty much did on my own , i saw one dietician from a well known organization she said one thing , she went off sick or something so someone else took over who said something different to the first one. my gp yesterday said I wasnt eating enough protein
