It’s very hard to stabilise your weight after a big weight loss, a huge proportion of people put it straight back on when they relax a bit with their diet. A Dietitian’s guidance would be helpful to make sure you are eating the right things when stabilising. My dietitian has got me cycling between a probiotic cleanse where I take supplements and just eat veges, berries and protein shakes for two weeks, then moving on to porridge brekky, soup and sourdough lunch, then veges and meat dinner to stabilise. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
