Arimidex and weight gain

thats whats so depressing, i was 104kg , found out I had non alcoholic fatty liver ( caused by bad diet ) so i went on a healthy diet /exercise , got down to 75kg, then psych wanted me to up my anti depressants I did gained 8kg in a couple of months, so i cut them down ( trying to cut them out )  will find out tomorrow when I visit my dietician how much more ive gained, gp's scales last week said 83kg ( the 8kg i just mentioned ) but my clothes are getting tight so i wondered .  ive heard of women gaining a lot of weight on it) . daughter drags me out for a walk everyday ( RA and O/A allowed). always been on the diet , ( dietician has often said im not eating enough /enough variety). the idea of putting on all that weight again is really depressing  but yes I know the risk of cancer is worse
