Anxiety and depression

Dearest Finita You have made me feel so much better with everything youve said. Thanks so much. You're right of course, my cancer care and grandchildren are the best to focus on at the moment. Having said that, I missed out talking to my mother on the phone today, because I had fallen asleep in my chair at 1.30 pm!! Disgusting! I have a fair but of self loathing tonight. All I did was get up early in the beautiful weather, caught the vline to southern cross, up collins st on the tram to the nespresso shop to get my coffee pods. I found they'd moved to The Emporium, so I walked there, got them, was back home by lunch time. Fancy falling asleep after that tiny bit of exercise. So frustrating.
