An idea;)
Ladies ,I had an idea! I was thinking,that on this wonderful network,every time someone needs advice,there is always someone to help.No matter what the problem.Most problems are around physical issues...
I have a walker and have been for many years mainly because we have had dogs that needed to burn up some energy. My little dog now (16 yrs) doesn't want to leave the house any more.
I am an early riser and am out of the house by 5:15am every day, rain or shine and usually do a 45 min walk but today (2 days post 2nd round FEC) I could only manage 30 mins. I also swim every afternoon and do some abdominal exercises.n If it is storming we have an airfit that I use.
I also do relaxation and meditation techniques once a day and am considering doing it twice if I find my energy levels getting to low.
I agree with what has already posted that you need to do something you love.
I love walking because I love birds and I am a photographer and even though at the moment I am not up to lugging my heavy lens around I still love to observe all the birds in my neighborough and learn as much about their behaviour so that when I am up to capturing them again I will know where they are likely to be and what they are up to.
