AM I MAD??

So today, I went to see the exercise physiologist who was very helpful & confirmed what I felt in myself, the aches & pains that slow me down when running are muscular, seems is need to stretch more & need massage... oh how I will hate that!!!

So, full of excitment I came home & immediately registered for the 5.7km in the Gold Coast Marathon!!! bring it on ☺

  • Good on you Cate! Go for it ! Stretching is soooooo good especially when you are nice and warm from the shower. Enjoy the massages too  :)
  • No I would say you are determined!  Good on you!  The spiky ball works a treat!
  • @Ann-Marie_BCNA no I dont & my son keeps saying we should get one, I will look into it...
  • Do you have a little spiky ball or foam roller? I find these help me stretch out the hamstrings, quads, gluets and calf's.
