I am definitely NOT giving up chocolates! Having said that, its only for a few months after my birthday that I have any. In diet I do try and include fruit and veges that are coloured red or black which is supposed to be high antioxidants. That's about it for eating healthy with me. Alcohol is a beer with my 80 yr old neighbour once a month or so. He supplies the beer. :D
