achievement!
At the risk of sounding ridiculous, I am so proud of myself. Today I went to the dentist to get a filling replaced, and I DIDN'T CRY! I was shaking afterwards but I did it. Go me.

years ago when I had root canal therapy and a crown 😱😱
I said to him “ next time how about I give you $2,000 and you don’t touch me?”
He said “ sounds like a win /win”.
