Big hugs. Sometimes we just hit the wall. You have been so brave, and always cheering others along, and if you need a melt down, just have one. We will catch you and pick you up again, and a good cry can do the world of good. Just remember, get through one day at a time, don't look too far ahead, just at the hill in front.
