I really loved the pet thread and I'm dying to get my all-time favourite photo on to the site. It's a favourite for a variety of reasons, and even though times were tough, I could look at this pic all day. The love is shining thru.My youngest daughter doing my eyebrows or what was left of them.

I have pics of my hair after coming off, but none of the beautiful bear hug my son gave me as I sobbed with clumps of hair in my hands before contacting the hairdresser. The memory firmly stored forever. I can't imagine what that was like for him. He was 16.

I love this photo. Just being on my horse I felt like the normal me. BC and it's treatments could fade into the distance for a while.

@AllyJay Thank you for those. I can see love, concern and devotion.All feel good emotions even though you're at your worst ebb.Pain can indeed be beautiful.

Waking up and finding out my surgeon had given me instant foobs following my bilateral mastectomy ...it bloody hurt...but I was expecting my tissue expanders to be flat. Of course there are 4 drains attached and shortly after the vomiting started but I was happy for a short time there.

Another pony pic. This one from a long time ago. It was the day after I'd had my lump out, while I was waiting for the inevitable bad news. The last day of not knowing for sure. Big was an absolute champion and just trundled round in circles while I tried to be just about anywhere else. I'd only owned him for a week and he hadn't been ridden in 5 years.

We love filters of any description @"Scared Mum". I've had heaps of fun turning myself into any number of things but mainly beauty queens, haha.

My crazy daughter bored at chemo (yep we have LOTS of these type pictures) she definitely made the chemo room more fun lol

@kmakm He looks like he's concentrating on the job at hand and you're thinking, be careful, or you're a gonner.
I like his shiny gold wedding ring. None of my husbands would ever wear one and his fingers are clean and pretty. How annoying is all that stubble. I've only just stopped shaving mine after 10 months of it. Thanks for sharing. xo

@iserbrown My sister and one of my daughters will never have their photo taken without duress. I have to sneak all of them. NONE of my kids will let me tag them in any photo I might manage to get. I was a photographer for 20 years so cameras have never frightened me but I encountered many people who, for a variety of reasons did not enjoy having their photo taken. I just love a moment frozen in time. Videos are not the same. Photos you can look at and look at, forever and ever.

Can't wait to see more of everything and everyone. That patch on my shoulder is still kicking in.
I don't know why everyone doesn't get one from the start, lol.
