Undergoing a double mastectomy with Coronary Artery Disease and a previous heart attack

Hi.  Has anyone had a double mastectomy whilst on aspiring and heart meds?  I am having surgery soon and worried about the risk of being overweight, having had a previous heart attack and Coronary Artery disease.  I have read that these all increase the risk of another heart attack after the operation which is terrifying me.  Love to hear anyone's experience of this.  Thanks!

    Thankyou Abby.  They are doing a stress test and are aware so feeling alot more confident.  I will definately be making lifestyle changes after the surgery.  Thanks so much for responding, hope you are well.

    I'm sorry you have to deal with this.
    How urgent are your Mastectomies?
    Have you been able to make lifestyle changes? 
    I'm sure that you will be having a preop Anaesthetic check.
    They will certainly advise re anticoagulants.
