Tumour Marker up!!!!
I had a blood test last Saturday in readiness for my 1st anniversary checks and scans. I got a call back yesterday to visit my GP. I tried to be positive l and hope he just wanted to discuss my vita...
Hi all, well I couldn't stand the wait and was able to bring my mammogram and ultrasound forward to today. I really understand scanxiety now! So relieved to be told that everything was clear on both sides - back in 12 months!
So the raised markers are still a bit of a mystery but at least I know my breasts are clear. I have a pelvic ultrasound and bone density scan booked for this Friday and a follow up appointment with my surgeon on 22nd. Hopefully the next blood test looks more normal. Thank you all for your feedback and support, I don't know how anyone could go through all this without it! Jane xx
