Hi Jujujudith
I've travelled overseas & within Australia numerous times since my diagnosis & surgery/treatment in 2018.
I've always said 'no' to 'if I have cancer' (as it was all removed.) However, I was never on chemo or ongoing injections for anything - only on Hormone Suppression.
IF you are currently 'on active treatment' (ie chemo or other treatment that needs regular injections etc whilst you are away or that may make you unwell?) then I am guessing you may have to say 'yes'.
Do you require treatment 'whilst you are away'?
Definitely Talk to your Onc about it.
Wishing you all the best xx And enjoy your travels!
Thank you so much for your reply. That is exactly what I wanted to know. Following surgery I also am cancer free. I shall discuss with my oncologist when I see him but think "there's nothing to see here".
Best wishes xx
