Hi everyone,
I used Covermore last year when I spent 5 weeks overseas. They covered me for BC (I finished treatment on July 1st and traveled in Sept).
I am currently arguing with them now as they have denied me cover for 1 weeks travel next month. I have pointed out that they covered me last year and they're saying it's because I didn't disclose that I had lymph node involvement. This is not the case, as I was reviewed by a nurse from Covermore and we went through everything associated with my condition. I'm digging up all the files on it.
I'm lodging a complaint if they deny me. I'm not fussed about getting the cover, it's more about changing the rules. Its extremely unfair.
