@onemargie that seems a bit ridiculous. I've dealt with Ombudsmans in a few different arenas, and it literally only takes weeks. I cannot fathom why that would be the case as their job is to assess all the information then throw it back to the Superannuation Company and then its up to your Super fund to come to a resolution with it. Very weird! Regardless of having a high volume of complaints, as Im sure is not just for Super, you know? weird!
