Thankyou Summerhill & Iserbrown, I have completed the forms for a binding nomination, now just to remember to do it every 3 years!! Lets hope that we can all change the system, even a little bit, so that many people who are struck with serious illnesses, accidents can receive some help, before they are just about destitute.
