I wore an off the shelf sizes sleeve for a while,sometimes had to gently stretch the wrist so it wasn't tight.
Also had a guantlet for a while,sleeve and separate glove ..farrow wraps hand brace on top..eventually a gloves and sleeve all in one custom combo was what worked best,but therapist had to keep tweaking the measurements over a few years .yes not many therapists have the skills to do custom compression on digits ,it is a lot harder to get right and very easy to get wrong.
PLUS at the same time ,I had to learn a lot about lymphatic flow, pathways, skin,swelling ,muscles ,fascia,compression and lymphodema management . Because I had to learn how to make me for the compression,not keep changing the compression every time I needed to reorder.
I do.a heap of .tailored gentle stretches. and massage to live the lymph fluid out of my lymphie arm.
