Perinueral invasion. Confused

Hello beautiful people,

My oncologist does not like to really do staging etc. However he has recently had to send me a Dr cert and on it states “ Perinueral invasion present”. I am hoping someone could explain to me what this means if they have had the same. 

I am also grade 2, ER and PR positive, clear margins, Ki 30-40%. If anyone has had similar and their oncologist has given them a stage. I would love to hear your experience.

    I also once had an Oncologist who wouldn't give me the full account. I asked my GP who gave me print outs and information on everything. If you ring BCNA they may be able to direct you in the right area if no-one on the forum has had the same. Sending hugs
